Shipping from Poland to the USA
Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a unique tracking number. Simply enter it on our website to follow the status of your parcel in real time.
Use a sturdy box of a suitable size.
- Carefully wrap fragile items in several layers of protective material (e.g. bubble wrap).
- Fill empty spaces in the box with filling material so that the contents cannot move.
- Seal the box securely with adhesive tape.

Simply pack your things in a box, bring it to a drop-off point, fill in the customs documents and follow your parcel with tracking. Before sending, make sure its weight and dimensions are within the permitted limits.
On 29 August 2025, the customs exemption for most shipments to the USA was abolished. This means that parcels from outside the USA may be subject to customs duty and taxes.
The exception is private shipments (addressed to relatives or friends) containing gifts. However, the value of gifts delivered to the address of one recipient within one day may not exceed 100 USD. Otherwise, the recipient will have to pay tax and customs duty.
