When do I have to pay customs duty on a parcel to Ukraine?

When a parcel is delivered to Ukraine, the recipient may have to pay customs duty and VAT.

Parcels weighing up to 50 kg with a declared value of up to 150 euros, delivered on the same day to the address of one recipient, are exempt from these charges.

Many energy devices are exempt from customs duty, such as EcoFlow and Bluetti charging stations, generators and other equipment for generating electricity. This also includes wind and solar energy equipment, including turbines, motors, transformers, accumulators, inverters, lithium-ion batteries and charging stations with an output above 300 W based on these batteries.

How long does delivery to Ukraine take?

The standard delivery time is at least 4 working days, but it may be longer depending on customs procedures in Ukraine.

How should I protect my parcel for transport?

Use a sturdy box of a suitable size.

  • Carefully wrap fragile items in several layers of protective material (e.g. bubble wrap).
  • Fill empty spaces in the box with paper, film or foam so that the contents cannot move.
  • Seal the box securely with adhesive tape.

When will the courier collect my parcel?

The courier will collect your parcel on the next working day after your payment for the shipment has been received.

Couriers work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. They may contact you by phone or text message to confirm a convenient pickup time.

You will also find the details in your order confirmation email.

What should I do if there is a problem with my parcel?

If your parcel was damaged or lost in transit, you can file a claim – a formal notice that allows you to seek compensation.

To do so, fill in the claim form in the Complaints section of our website.

If the parcel was damaged, prepare a damage report – it must be confirmed by the courier who delivered the parcel or by the pickup point. If you only notice the damage after opening the parcel, file the claim together with the damage report within 7 days of receiving it.
